Orders are shipped within 48 hours (after validation of the desired stones if you have requested).
Free delivery in mainland France, Corsica & Monaco within 4 to 5 working days!
For delivery to the rest of the world, please consult the shipping cost estimate when confirming your order.
Returns
If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 14 days to return your jewelry against reimbursement (excluding worn or personalized jewelry).
1. Complete the return form attached to your order (if you no longer have it: specify the reference of your order in a note attached to your shipment)
2. Place the item and return form in sturdy packaging.
3. Send the package with follow-up to KRYSIA BIJOUX CREATIONS - Returns department - 11 rue Colonel Ferracci - 20250 CORTE.
Please note, jewelry that does not meet these conditions cannot be reimbursed.
We do not trade.
If you wish to change the piece of jewelry, simply return it to us for a refund and place a new order.
